The mission of Jewish Community Services of Hawaii is to support and enhance the quality of life for those in need of help in the Hawaii Jewish community by providing appropriate social services.
Jewish Community Services opened its doors in 1998 to fill the need for Jewish social services after the Jewish Federation of Hawaii, the original parent organization, was no longer in existence.
Since then, JCS has been focused on meeting the needs of people within the greater Hawaii Jewish community, serving all of the islands. Working together with myriad groups, JCS fosters a healthy collaboration of people who care about people in need.
